1.YZG/FZG Vacuum Dryer Introduction
Vacuum drying machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries. Jiacheng has a modern large-scale production workshop and processing production equipment. The products involve more than 300 specifications and varieties of ten series of various types of equipment such as drying, pulverizing, mixing, granulating and pulverizing.
2.Features
Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing force become greater. Therefore for a certain amount of heat radiation, the conducting area of evaporator can be saved;
The heat source for operation of evaporation may be Iow pressure steam or surplus heat steam;
The heat loss of evaporator is little;
Before drying, the treatment of disinfection can be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed in. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP;
It belongs to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried will not be destroyed.
3.Principle of Work
It is well known that vacuum drying machine is to put raw material into the environment of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum pump to draw air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster.
Note: if use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum pump sets, condenser can not be used and the cost of investment could be saved.

1.What is the minimum quantity to make the order?
Just only one set is OK.(although it is the lab mini model.) To meet the customer's needs it our aim.
2.How about the delivery after the contract effects?
Once the contract is ok,we will make the schedule order,and usually speaking,30-45 days is needed,for some whole product lines,it needs 75-90 days to finish the work.
3.How about the quality of your machines?
Jiacheng has been making the special machine for several years, and most of customers come from all of the world. We have the series inspection for each making schedules. And all the workers have enough experience. So the praise from the customers is our best quality.
4.How about the after-sale service?
We will offer the free installation on site and the engineer will teach the operator how to operate the machine well and how to make the maintenance in future. Also we will provide the spare parts for whole life.
5.Would you please make the test for me because we are doing the research?
All the customers are welcome to take your raw material to make the test in Kaide. We also want to learn more knowledge from the different industry and keep advance for every material.
