4.Working principle

The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in its one body and adopts the newest indirect heating technology with the temperature increase is fast, The furnace is small in size. easy in installation, The smoke and the air go into the different channels with any pollation for the heating,the heat efficiency rate is high (up to 65-80%), reliable in operation, cheap in price (compared with 1 ton of boiler, its price of heating system is half only ). Being adopted the measure of high temperature resistant its life is longer than calandria type hot air furance greatly. The temperature of sent hot air will be 300°C. If adopt special design ,the temperature of sent hot air will be 500°C-800°C. Meanwhile being adopted vertical washing heat sink and negative pressure mode to remove smoke, the place of heat exchange does not accumlate dust, so it does not need to clean and its thermal performance is stable. It can use all kinds of coal or dieseloil as fuel.Being equipped secondary air in devices, its combustion is fully ,All technical and economic indexes are in leading place domestic.

5.Application

The furnace is the universal hot air equipment. It is used with other equipment for drying various materials. The furnace is widely used for the heating and moisture removing for the grain, seed, feed, fruit, dehydrated vegetable, mushroom, agaric, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaf, other farming products, food, medicine, chemical raw material, light and heavy industry products.
